RESPONSIBLE REPORTING

Please avoid premature disclosure

Do not publish exploit details before a reasonable mitigation is available. This helps Proseniq reproduce the issue, identify affected versions and configurations, prepare a safe fix or temporary mitigation, and communicate clearly with affected users where necessary.

PROCESS

How reports are handled

Proseniq maintains an internal procedure for receiving, triaging and responding to credible security reports affecting Cue Control. Reports are assessed to distinguish ordinary reliability issues from security vulnerabilities, actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe security incidents.

The internal process covers evidence preservation, mitigation and regression testing, user communication, record keeping and applicable regulatory reporting.

SECURITY UPDATES

Mitigation and communication

Where necessary, Proseniq may provide information on affected versions, risk, mitigation and a security update. Security communications are intended to describe the known issue and available corrective measures without overstating the protection provided by a patch.
